iPhone 3G (Second Generation) Specifications

So it has been announced. After a long long long time they finally decided to bring the iPhone up to standards from two years ago. No, I’m not a hater! The more prominent features of the iPhone 3G (3G meaning HSDPA not 3rd generation) is HSDPA and GPS. Otherwise it’s mostly firmware changes. But still no MMS, tethering, or video recording. Below are the specs for the iPhone 3G.

The iPhone 3G will be releasing in 22 countries on July 11th, 2008. Look for it at a store near you (if you’re in one of the 22 countries) when it releases.
